Nottingham City Centre based Mobile Phone Repair Company’s owner, Marcus Nelson came to Key Principles in 2013 wanting to increase the number of visitors to their shop as well as increase turnover and profits.

Key Principles helped Funkyfones by creating and regularly optimising a targeted Google AdWords Search campaign, focusing initially on Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod repairs. Key Principles developed the campaigns within a few days to enable advertising in time for the main Christmas shopping period in December 2013. To enable Funkyfones to advertise on Google, Key Principles also organised the necessary paper work with Google and Apple around use of the Apple brand.

Optimisation and management by Key Principles has improved key metrics including click through rates and conversion rates. The Google Premier Partner has also helped with conversion optimisation with landing page design and copywriting support.
