I can’t say I’ve had any horrors with Google ads representatives but I’ve had some proper horrors with PPC ad agencies! Some wanted to spend my budget at any expense, placing my ads on affiliate sites that were totally irrelevant to my target audience; some insisted on using their own platforms meaning I had no visibility on my real costs - it was all murkiness and obfuscation; some just didn’t know what they were doing, meaning PPC was a bottomless pit with questionable return.

Having experienced all of that, I’m delighted with the service from the Key Principles team who are always friendly, open and totally transparent - the polar opposite to what I’d experienced before.
