Meet our Managing Director
I set up Key Principles back in April 2005 to offer businesses large and small marketing services based on a set of Key Principles. I went into marketing from University because I wanted to make a difference and help businesses grow.
After working in-house and in other agencies, I set up Key Principles and from the very beginning I have focused on driving results for clients with an ROI.
I also aim to help my team develop and grow too. Training and development for the team helps them grow and develop their skills and enables them to provide fantastic results for our clients.

Finds joy in – Helping others, learning, teaching, those ‘ah ha’ moments, my wonderful family; Emma, Lucy & Freddie, travelling, cycling, running, did I say running?
Best advice ever received – Focus… and you must have a plan…
Blasts from the past – Lived in Egypt for a while, loves to run, used to play hockey.
Favourite animal – Our four-legged friend and loyal companion… the dog (god)!
