It’s been a busy couple of months in the Key Principles office. We had decided at the start of 2014 that we would become Google Partners and gain Google Adwords Certification by June 2014.
This was no easy task and we understood that it would take hours of training, over 50 to be precise and countless early morning and late nights. The Google Adwords Certification process is a two part exam, one which covers the Fundamentals of Google Adwords and Display, and the other an Advanced Understanding of Search Network or Display Network. Our goal was to pass the exams by 2 June 2014. This would allow us plenty of time to spread the training.
However, a whole 4 months early and Key Principles are proud to announce that we have achieved Google Partner Status and Adwords Certification! Not only did we pass the exams, we are also well above Google’s best practice targets, whilst also hitting Google’s spend requirements easily during the last 90 days.
We were determined to achieve this goal. We arrived at work earlier and left later, and drank more coffee than is advised. We wanted to cram in as much training time as was possible in our already busy schedule of meetings, client work and bringing on board new clients.
Unlike other marketing agencies, which often have only one person in their agency certified, we wanted everyone to be Google Adwords certified. We believe this provides our clients with a better quality of service, knowing that we are all Google Adwords qualified and are experts in our field.
