Key Principles, the Google Premium Partner and online advertising agency adds to the team with the appointment of Emma Fielding as Finance and Operations Director and Malik Woodford as Digital Marketing Executive. Both have started and completed their Google Partner accreditations.
Malik is a recent BA (Hons) Marketing graduate from Nottingham Trent University that displayed a real passion for Digital Marketing, developed through his time studying the subject. During university, Malik worked part-time for a leading cinema chain and gained valuable experience in social media marketing through managing the company social media accounts during his two years in the role. Malik came on board having passed the Google Advanced Search advertising exam whilst at university and has recently completed the Google Fundamentals exam to become an AdWords certified member of the team.
Outside of Digital Marketing, Malik enjoys playing video games, watching and playing sports, and cooking new recipes.
The recent starter said “I am excited to be continuing my Digital Marketing journey with a rapidly growing company in Key Principles. The wealth of experience owned by Jackie, Terri and Kamran is going to help me to develop my skills in the industry and I hope to use these skills to help the company to continue growing.”
Emma joins the Key Principles team with over 14 years of experience in Financial Management acquired from previous roles as a Finance Business Partner at The Football Association (The FA) and Finance Manager at Volleyball England. Emma brings a different perspective to the role having worked in large organisations, and brings a wealth of skills from finance and operations management to teamworking and leadership. Having already become AdWords certified by passing the Google AdWords Fundamentals and the Google Advanced Search Exam, Emma is off to a fast start to her journey with Key Principles.
“Digital Marketing is a new world for me. However I am aiming to bring my knowledge and experience to the team to enable Key Principles to continue to grow and make great strides forward.”
Emma is very passionate about sport having previously played football for Nottingham Forest, also enjoying hockey and cycling, once cycling from Blackpool to Bulgaria.

We have more than doubled in size from the beginning of the year, received Google Partner Premier Status and are in the top 5% of Adwords agencies in the UK. Malik and Emma are both joining the company at an opportune time helping us to move forward and provide even more expertise to our clients,” says Jackie Key, the managing director of Key Principles.
Both Malik and Emma will be working on a wide range of Digital Marketing projects helping current, new and future clients grow their business through Digital Marketing with Key Principles.
