Simon Perkins, Partner at PWR Lettings, wanted to start using Google Adwords to grow their business with the recent opening of their Nottingham office. Simon knew that Google Adwords would provide an immediate presence on Google while natural search engine rankings would require on-going search engine optimisation. PWR’s primary focus for their AdWords has been to target landlords looking for letting agents.

 

Results:

Key Principles were able to build the campaigns for PWR Lettings in such a way that the campaign keywords and adverts targeted landlords rather than tenants. This led to results such as;

  • Generating over 300 leads via the website forms and as much again from phone calls.
  • Growing leads by 20%

The success of the AdWords campaign in generating leads for the Woodthorpe office led to the deployment of AdWords for the Mansfield office too.

Client: Nook & Cranny

Background:

Nook and Cranny is an agent working on behalf of individual property owners. In 2013 Katie Aungles, Managing Director at Nook & Cranny, found a gap in the market providing short stay serviced apartments in the East Midlands, with one or two bedrooms in Nottingham which business people could come and stay in for periods usually between one week and a year. Katie enlisted the help of Key Principles with a goal to help raise awareness and drive leads to their serviced apartments.

 

Results:

For Nook & Cranny, Key Principles designed several Adwords Search campaigns and an Adwords Display campaign to help increase recognition and obtain leads from Google searches. The campaigns received great results for Nook & Cranny compared to before we ran them. These include;

  • Increasing average search impression share from less than 10% up to 97.44% on ‘Serviced Apartments’ Campaign
  • Increasing CTR from 0.17% to 13.11% with the ‘Serviced Apartments Campaign’

These results have led to Nook & Cranny receiving enquires on a regular basis about Serviced Apartments.
